RULES OF THE CHALLENGE COIN

Be it known to all those present-Greetings

WHEREAS the Security Police Coin is bestowed on only

those worthy of the heritage

AND the possession of said Coin includes the bearer in a

Unique group

LET IT FURTHER BE KNOWN  that the following

“Rules of the Coin” are hereby imposed

                The Security Police Coin is a symbol of a  special

Breed

Who keep faith with our country, and remember our

Our creed

On the coin’s face is our Security Police Shield

The badge of trust and courage for our career field

It is hope for the future and memories of days past

And men and women who stand tall to the last

Of battles and death, from Osan to Tan Son Nhut

Of midnight routine, from Lajes to Chanute

Sweating in the heat, shivering with the cold

Worn proudly by the humble, worn proudly by 

the bold        

There is a less serious part of the coin, you  

should know                                    

You should carry it with you where ever you go

If someone does a coin check and you’re without it  

Your in trouble, theirs is no doubt about it

If upon a check, you don’t have it, you owe a drink

But if you do, the challenger is the buying fink

If one is without it while in a group

You buy the bunch, that’s the straight poop

Feel free to use it at work or at ease

Just remember the good times,

And good friends, if you please

Carry the coin proudly, but have some fun

With finest men and women under the sun
